THE RECEPTION

ARRIVAL IS DEFINED BY A LUMINOUS STONE DESK AND METAL SURFACES THAT TRANSLATE THE PRECISION OF MEDICINE INTO ARCHITECTURE

CIRCULATION

THE HEADQUARTERS UNFOLDS AS A SEQUENCE OF DISTINCT ZONES, CONNECTED BY CORRIDORS DESIGNED WITH THE SAME ATTENTION AS THE ROOMS THEY LEAD TO

layouts

FROM THE PRIVATE LIFT, THE HEADQUARTERS UNFOLDS ALONG A SINGLE ROUTE THAT CONNECTS DISTINCT WORLDS OF WORK, MEETINGS AND HOSPITALITY

The private lift establishes the central point of arrival, from which the headquarters extends into a series of clearly defined zones. Open workspaces and private offices occupy one side of the floor, while meeting, executive and hospitality functions develop along the other. A continuous circulation route connects them, giving the plan a clear hierarchy while preserving the individual character and privacy of each area.

MATERIALS

MATERIALS OF MEDICAL PRECISION

Lacquered oxidised stainless steel is the defining material of the project, used to reinterpret a surface associated with medical environments through a deeper tone and controlled finish. Warm microcement, natural stone and walnut build the palette around it. Sculpted travertine, veined dark stone, decorative glass, ceramic, leather and upholstery were tested together through physical samples, allowing colour, texture and reflection to be resolved as one material system across the headquarters.

TEA ROOM

CHINESE TEA CULTURE BECOMES PART OF THE ARCHITECTURE OF HOSPITALITY, WITH ITS OWN MATERIAL LANGUAGE AND A ROOM DEVOTED TO THE CEREMONY

PRIVATE DINING

FORMAL HOSPITALITY IS BUILT INTO THE PLAN THROUGH A SEQUENCE OF DINING, LOUNGE AND PRIVATE MEETING SPACES DESIGNED FOR RECEIVING INTERNATIONAL GUESTS

WORKSPACE

OPEN STUDIOS, PRIVATE OFFICES AND MEETING ROOMS FORM A WORKING SYSTEM DESIGNED AROUND HOW THE TEAM ACTUALLY OPERATES

Shaping workplaces for the future of healthcare
