CURATED WITH INTENT
We manage the entire FF&E procurement process — from sourcing and supplier coordination to custom production, logistics and delivery.
Every piece is tracked, checked and prepared in advance, allowing the project to move seamlessly into white-glove installation and ensuring the final interior is delivered exactly as designed.

- FF&E Procurement
We begin by defining the overall budgeting strategy for the entire implementation — aligning priorities, investment levels and key FF&E categories from the outset. This creates a clear financial framework for the project and helps guide procurement decisions throughout the process.
Complex details are developed through physical testing. We work with mock-ups, prototypes, material samples, custom textures, paint variations and bespoke finishes, coordinating closely with specialist manufacturers to refine unique solutions through multiple iterations before they are approved for production.
Most bespoke elements are created specifically for one project and produced only once. At this stage, we define the key technical requirements, materials, finishes, proportions and ergonomic parameters, while reviewing different manufacturers. Our role is to establish the right solution and select the most suitable specialist or workshop to take it forward into detailed production.
We define the overall FF&E budgeting from the outset, setting priorities and allocating investment across furniture, lighting, finishes, bespoke pieces and key statement elements. This creates a clear financial structure for procurement and helps protect the design intent throughout the implementation process.
We manage quotations, commercial terms, order confirmations, production schedules and ongoing communication — bringing multiple vendors into one structured procurement process and keeping every order aligned with the project timeline.
We help structure the tender, compare bids beyond the bottom line, and verify contractors’ real capabilities. The goal is a team that can deliver the documented quality — not just the lowest number.
Our role is to ensure that every service is carried out correctly, completed elements are properly protected, and furniture, lighting and bespoke pieces are assembled and positioned in accordance with the design intent.
We work directly with artists, galleries, studios and exhibitions to source artworks that fit the project. We discuss availability, editions, pricing and acquisition terms, negotiate where appropriate, and coordinate the formalities required to secure each piece.

Building identities through space
The design gives you a clear specification of what should be used in the interior. Procurement takes it much further. We review physical samples, compare natural materials that may vary from batch to batch, test finishes and colour options, and align tones across different brands and manufacturers. We then assess the final combinations in real conditions. At the same time, we manage suppliers, quotations, orders, production, logistics and coordination — ensuring the design is implemented consistently rather than interpreted separately by dozens of vendors.
Yes. We can manage the interior through to full implementation, coordinating procurement, suppliers, production, delivery and installation as one integrated process, supported by our Design Supervision service throughout the execution stage. We can also work alongside the client’s own contractors, project managers or local teams, adapting our scope while maintaining the same level of coordination and design control.
Yes. We coordinate suppliers, manufacturers and logistics across different markets, adapting the process to local conditions, lead times and delivery requirements. Where needed, we work with local partners while keeping the overall procurement process under one coordinated system.
Procurement requires flexibility. When a selected element no longer meets the project’s budget, timing or technical requirements, we source and evaluate alternative solutions that preserve the intended quality, material language and overall design direction.
Stone slabs, wood veneers, natural finishes and complex patterns can vary significantly from one piece to another. As part of our procurement and design supervision process, we review them physically, compare colour, veining, grain, texture and scale, and select the exact slabs, sheets or samples that best support the design before they move into production or installation.
